What kind of stores is the Syp n’ Save POS built for?
Liquor, wine and beer retailers. It brings together ringing up a sale, checking stock, keeping customer records, documenting age checks, and publishing the offers that Syp n’ Save app users see nearby.
How does the POS connect to the customer app?
Customers can keep their loyalty card in the Syp n’ Save app, Apple Wallet, or Google Wallet and show it at checkout. Eligible purchases earn points, while app offers give regulars more reasons to return. Program eligibility and offer terms apply.
What changes between the three packages?
Essential is scoped for one register, Growth for two, and Complete for three. Each package includes the same core POS workflows and the app connection. Hardware, setup, support details and any store-specific requirements are confirmed in your quote.
How do the monthly payments work?
The package price is divided into 12 payments, with monthly support added separately. The final package payment is adjusted by a few cents where needed. Support does not pay down the package balance. Interest, fees and taxes are not included in the illustration; final terms are confirmed in writing.
What happens after the first year?
After 12 package payments, the illustrated package balance is paid. Support is reassessed for year two based on your setup and service requirements, and the year-two price is confirmed before renewal.
Can I use my own store branding?
Yes. Ask for a white-label setup with your store name and colors on the register, storefront preview and receipts. Scope and any additional cost are agreed separately.
Can I try the register before requesting a quote?
Yes. Explore the complete sample-store workspace on this page or open it full screen. Browse products, customers and orders, build a cart and walk through a simulated checkout. The demo uses sample records; it does not process payments or change a real store’s inventory.
Does age verification guarantee compliance?
The workflow helps staff record a birth date, check age eligibility and keep a check history. It supports your store procedures; staff still need to inspect the ID and follow applicable requirements.
